Mini Spore Ampules with Negative Controls
 
Mini Spore Ampules are designed to monitor steam sterilization processes at 110°C to 121°C, ideal for both liquid and dry load sterilization cycles.
Ampules contain modified Trypticase Soy Broth (TSB) that changes color from Red/Orange to Yellow and/or shows turbidity in the presence of bacterial growth, providing a clear visual confirmation of sterilization effectiveness.

Consistent Ampule to Ampule for Population, Purity and Resistance
Includes 10 Negative Control Ampules containing a glass bead to ensure they are easily distinguishable from the Spore Ampules.
