True Indicating Policies
Consultation Policy
Consultation Services are offered for a variety of client needs. Whether it's development of a new product, process, protocol or troubleshooting issues with client sterilization equipment, or procedures, we have the expertise to help.

Consultation services are billed at $300/hour with a 1-hour minimum, billed in 1-hour increments.
​
Consultation fees will be charged as soon as content area experts participate in calls, emails, etc. this includes customized testing services, protocol development and special projects where scope is being determined.
Credit Policy
Credit terms with all True Indicating clients are net 30 days. However, as long as True Indicating receives payment within 60 days from the invoice date, a client will never hear from us regarding their outstanding accounts payable.

If a client's outstanding accounts payable becomes over 60-days old, the following will occur:
1. The client is put on a credit hold.
2. As a penalty for failure to pay within 60-days of the invoice date, True Indicating will not release additional product until all outstanding invoices over 30 days from the invoice date are paid.

In addition, if the same client fails to pay an invoice within 60-days from the invoice date a second time, the following will occur:
1. The client is put on a credit hold.
2. As a penalty for failure to pay within 60-days of the invoice date, True Indicating will not release additional product until all outstanding invoices are paid.
3. The next order will be 100% payable in advance.
4. The following order will require a 50% down payment in advance.
5. Credit will once again be provided per our credit policy.
Distributor Policy
In order to qualify as a Distributor, the organization must maintain a minimum $20,000 annual sales volume.

Each distributor partner’s purchases will be reviewed on a semi-annual basis. First year distributors will be exempt from this requirement, allowing new distributors to develop their True Indicating business.

TI offers private labeling for all of our distributors who meet the following requirements:
1. Each Order containing a Private Labeled product is a minimum $10,000 per Private Labeled product.
2. Total annual sales volume for Private Labeled Distributors is a minimum annual sales volume of $50,000.
Please note there will be a 10% upcharge over standard distributor pricing, per product.
Intended Use Policy
True Indicating manufactures Spore Suspensions, Biological and Chemical Indicators, Growth Medium and Indicating Inks with specific intended use.

Spore Suspensions include Growth Promotion/Quality Control Suspensions manufactured per applicable ISO and USP guidelines. We acknowledge that spore suspensions may be used in a variety of applications, for which True Indicating cannot guarantee suitability. Please see the Returns & Refunds Policy for additional information specific to spore suspensions.
Biological Indicators are designed for use in the determination of sterilization efficacy. Our Process Validations and Design Procedures are performed to encompass the requirements outlined ISO 13485 and applicable parts of ISO 11138.

Chemical Indicators are designed for use in the determination of sterilization processing. Our Process Validations and Design Procedures are performed to encompass the requirements outlined in ISO 13485 and applicable parts of ISO 11140.

Growth Medium has been designed and validated for use with our Biological Product Line, or equivalent, as outlined within our Technical Data Sheets in compliance with ISO 13485 and applicable parts of ISO 11138.

Indicating Inks are designed and validated for application using flexographic printing methods, very few formulations are suitable for screen printing. When printing with our inks, the substrate being utilized will impact suitability, reference our Technical Data Sheets for the suggested substrates. Each of our indicating inks has been utilized internally for the manufacture of Chemical Indicators and therefore, have been validated for use in our specific Chemical Indicator configurations in compliance with ISO 13485 and applicable parts of ISO 11140.

We acknowledge the innumerable applications that our products may be utilized, however, the determination of our products' suitability for custom applications is solely the risk of the end user. True Indicating cannot account for each unique application and methodology, and therefore, cannot guarantee performance for uses outside of our existing design. Order Requirements
TI is happy to fulfill orders with special requirements. Products that have special requirements may take 4-6 weeks longer than typical lead times and should be taken into consideration when placing your order. All special requirements MUST be outlined on the purchase order at the time of submission.

Though TI makes an effort to stock our top selling products, items which are not manufactured on a regular basis may have minimum order quantities. Inquiries for quoting and minimum order quantities should be directed to Sales@trueindicating.com.

We strongly encourage our clients to send purchase orders to Orders@trueindicating.com to initiate the order inquiry process, as this ensures the order is scheduled in a timely manner. TI's customer service team will respond to all PO submissions within 2 business days providing confirmation of order receipt and an estimated lead time. If the lead time does not meet your requirements, the PO may be cancelled at that time. TI also offers STAT options for all products at a 50% surcharge. The STAT timeframe varies by product based on the type of QC testing that each product undergoes prior to release and can be provided should the initially estimated lead time not meet your needs.
Returns & Refunds
Quality concerns related to all products with the exception of spore suspensions which are non-refundable, must be communicated via email to Quality@trueindicating.com
within 14 days of receipt or no replacement or refund will be issued. Products determined to be defective must be returned to the manufacturer in order to be eligible for a refund or replacement. True Indicating will provide return shipping labels for defective products being returned where the value is at a minimum of $250. No refunds or replacement will be provided for products which have "been disposed of" at your facility without prior written authorization.
Orders for Biological Products that require organism identification verification, must be communicated at the time the order is submitted and notated on the purchase order. When specified, True Indicating will obtain third-party identification verification using MicroSEQ genetic sequencing prior to releasing the biological product. The cost for this verification will be invoiced to the client at True Indicating’s cost, which is currently no more than $400 per lot, and a copy of the results will be provided with the shipment of the product. True Indicating will not provide a refund or replace Biological products that undergo identification verification after leaving our facility.
Shipping Policy
For International shipments, customers can request product to be shipped one of the two following ways:
1. By coordinating shipments directly with their carrier once notification has been received that product is ready to be picked up and customer has received the information regarding the specifics of the shipment i.e. number of cartons, size of boxes/pallet, weight of the product.
2. By designating True Indicating as an approved entity to hire customer’s freight carrier and use customer’s account number with charges being billed freight collect directly to the customer.
For Domestic shipments, customers can request product to be shipped either of the two above methods or can have freight quoted and invoiced as pre-pay and add to the order.
Regardless of how product is shipped, all products will be shipped FOB Origin, which means the product belongs to our customers at the time it leaves our dock. Any credit for product damaged during the shipping process will need to be provided by the carrier and
reimbursement for damaged product is strictly between our customer and their designated freight carrier.
